What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide mats, props, and towels for all classes.

What should I wear?

Light, comfortable fitness clothes that allows you to move and stretch easily. For heated classes, moisture-wicking fabrics are best.

Can I do multiple classes in a day?

Yes — many guests enjoy pairing different experiences in one visit. For example, you might start with an energizing Pilates or Flow class, then unwind with a Sound or Restore session. We recommend listening to your body and giving yourself time to rest and rehydrate between classes.

How often should I come to see results?

Consistency builds both strength and awareness. Most members find 3–4 movement classes per week creates balance between challenge, recovery, and growth.

Are the classes heated?

Some are. Classes held in our Dark Studio use infrared heat to warm the body and deepen release, while those in our Light Studio are non-heated and candlelit for a calmer, more grounding experience.

Do I need previous experience to join a class?

No — all movement classes are open to every level. Instructors offer variations so you can move at your own pace and comfort.
