Rooted in Resonance

Who can come to Zenden?

Everyone is welcome. Our classes and experiences are designed for all levels, with guidance and options so you can move at your own pace. If you have injuries or health concerns, we recommend checking with your physician before starting something new.

Do I need to bring anything?

We provide mats, props, and towels for most classes. For contrast therapy, bring a swimsuit or light athletic wear. Otherwise, just wear something comfortable that lets you move and relax.

How often should I come?

That depends on your rhythm. Some guests visit daily, others weekly — what matters most is consistency. We suggest mixing energizing and restorative sessions to keep your body and mind in balance.

Where should I park?

Parking is available nearby, and we’ll share details on the best options for our location closer to opening. We also encourage walking, cycling, or transit when possible, to make arriving part of your wellness journey.

Can I visit Zenden while pregnant?

Many of our experiences can be safely enjoyed during pregnancy. However, we advise against hot and cold therapy unless specifically approved by your healthcare provider. Please let our team and facilitators know so we can help you choose the most supportive sessions for your stage and comfort.

Zenden Etiquette

Zenden is a multi-sensory sanctuary created for connection, renewal, and resonance. Please help us preserve the calm and collective energy of the space by following these simple guidelines:

Move with Presence
Arrive early, settle in, and move with awareness. Each transition — entering, practicing, resting — is part of the experience.

Phones Away
Please silence and store your phone before entering the studios. This is your time to disconnect from the noise and tune in fully.

Quiet Energy
Speak softly in shared spaces, and honor silence where others are reflecting or resting. The energy here thrives on mindfulness and mutual respect.

Shoes Off
Zenden is a barefoot environment. For comfort and hygiene, please use a towel when seated or lying down in heated or contrast areas.

Nourish from Within
Outside food and drink aren’t permitted. We offer cacao, tea, and nourishing elixirs to support your experience before or after class.

Honor the Space
Treat the studios, facilitators, and community with care. Every sound, step, and gesture contributes to the collective resonance of Zenden.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes — guests are always welcome at Zenden. You can share your credits with friends when booking, and simply choose whether the spot is for you or someone else. If it’s for a guest, they’ll be greeted and complete a quick registration at reception when they arrive.

Do you accept cash?

No, we are a cashless facility

It’s my first visit. What do I need to know?

Welcome to Zenden. We’re so glad you’re joining us. Here are a few simple things to help you get the most from your visit:

Arrive early.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session so you have time to check in, settle, and ground yourself before class begins.

What to bring.
We provide towels, showers, toiletries, and everything you’ll need after class. We also provide all the mats and props for classes so all you have to bring is yourself and a water bottle.

Phones and conversations.
Please silence phones and keep voices low once inside the studio. The experience is designed for calm and presence — for you and everyone around you.

After class.
Take your time. Sit, breathe, or enjoy a cup of cacao in the lounge before heading out.

Parking.
You’ll find several options nearby, including The Post at 685 Hamilton and Costco on Expo Blvd ($2 for 2 hours, just two blocks away).

We can’t wait to welcome you.
